• Corporate Network is a new unique service groping mobile phones registered at an individual account of your company, into a single virtual network.
• You may enjoy the use of the two service options:
• Corporate Base Network;
• Corporate Network.
• Corporate Base Network sets special rates for calls within a corporate network, or among employees of your Company, and calls of network members to other UMC subscribers.
  
  
• Corporate Network, in addition to special rates, offers additional services with the functionality of IN-Intelligent Network:
• Allocation of short numbers to each mobile phone connected to the Corporate Network.
• Allocation of short numbers to any directions - VirtualOnNet.
• Partner Corporate Network.
• Administration of subscribers’ access rights.
• Intellectual call forwarding.
  
  

• How to Set Up Corporate Network?

• If you are a current corporate UMC subscriber, fill in a standard registration form, affix your signature and send it to the VIP Client Manager who services your Company.
• Please state in the registration form:
• Full name of your Company; 
• Individual account number to register UMC Corporate Network; 
• Full names of phone holders and phone numbers to be registered with UMC Corporate Network.
• Additionally state*:
• Short number of each phone to be incorporated into the Network;
• Name of personal or group profiles for administration of each phone in the Network;
• And identify individual and/or group profiles of subscribers.

* Required only for the Corporate Network service.

• If you are a new corporate UMC subscriber, at your request, application submission and service activation of Corporate Network may be performed during the contract subscription procedure. 
  
  

• UMC Corporate Network - Terms of Use

• Only legal entities as UMC clients may enjoy the right to use Corporate Network!
• The Corporate Network should incorporate no less than 20 phone numbers.
• The maximum amount of phone numbers in the Corporate Network is unlimited.
• It is up to a client to decide which numbers registered at a corporate account, should be incorporated into the Network.
• A client may request that new mobile phone numbers be added to the current phone list of the Corporate Network by filling in and sending a standard application form.
• Services of UMC Corporate Network, UMC Family or UMC Corporate Group may not be activated simultaneously for any individual phone number as only one of the services may be activated.
• Roaming users and subscribers of foreign mobile operators in Ukraine are not entitled to use the service of UMC Corporate Network.
  
  

• Administration of Corporate Network*

• To administer Corporate Network we recommend you to appoint a network administrator authorized to order services and change profiles of subscribers incorporated into the Corporate Network.

* Service may not be provided as part of Corporate Base Network.

• Services Rates of Corporate Network 

• Service rates 2005
• Set up of Corporate Network is 2000 UAH, a lump sum paid as advance payment into individual account.
• Activation – network activation of phones – is available at no charge.
• Monthly service fee (for each phone number incorporated into the Network) - UAH 12.00.
• Call rates are calculated per-second, starting from the first second.

• All rates are calculated in Hryvnias including VAT, as of Apr. 15, 2005.
  Service rates of Corporate Network are applicable to phone calls only.
  

• How to Find a Call Report of the Corporate Network Services?

• Outgoing calls of the Corporate Network are reflected in your account in the section  “Supplementary Services, of which", paragraphs:
• "Outgoing calls within a Corporate Network".
• "Outgoing calls from a Corporate Network to UMC network".
• "Outgoing calls to Partner Corporate Network".
• In your detailed account a phone number of UMC subscriber, dialled within the Corporate Network, is indicated by prefix 150 or 153, to state the use of Corporate Network:
• 150 – for calls made inside the UMC Corporate Network;
• 153 - for calls made to phone numbers of UMC beyond the Corporate Network.
• For Corporate Base Network the following prefixes are used:
• 971 - for calls made inside the Corporate Network;
• 972 – for calls made to UMC phone numbers but beyond the Corporate Network.
• For Partner Corporate Network the following prefix is used:
• 160 – for calls made to phone number of subscribers incorporated into the Partner Corporate Network – Corporate Network of your business partner registered as partner network.
• For instance, the information in a detailed call account within Corporate Network will be presented in the following format:

• 150 – Prefix indicating the use of call inside the Corporate Network
• 8 – Inter-city access code in Ukraine;
• 050 – UMC network code;
• ХХХ ХХХX – phone number of a Corporate Network subscriber.
