How to get information on the status of your bonus account?
- See the first page of your monthly bill – it contains the raw with the status of your bonus account. You may alternatively call to a free toll number 111 from your mobile phone and representatives of the Call Center will brief you on the amount of the bonus you earned and opportunities to get prizes.

How to get your prizes?
- If you want to exchange your bonuses for prizes call to a free toll number 111 and leave your phone number. A representative of the Call Center will inform you on the amount remaining on your Bonus account and which prizes you may get in exchange for your bonuses. To get your prizes select one of the following options:

To order bonus minutes, additional SMS, MMS or GPRS WAP call to a free toll number 111 and connect with a representatives of the UMC Call Center. If your number is registered on an individual, please, during the order be ready to inform on passport details. A legal entity is required to provide an application letter at fax 8 044 2402400 using corporate form of a business enterprise affixed by the director and the stamp, where noted a chosen gift and a phone number on which you would like to connect additional services.
- For phone discounts, a UMC representative will consult you on the address of the nearest UMC company store where you can be prized with a phone.
- For a prize from “Travel” or Leisure Time” offers by partners of the UMC BONUS a representative of the UMC Call Center will get your application on partner voucher (on all prizes except for magazine subscription). In a few days you will get a voucher by registered letter, granting you a discount from UMC BONUS program.

Attention! The voucher is valid for two months only!
- For magazine subscription a UMC Call Center will document your application and will inform you about expected delivery of ordered magazines.
- For gifts orders in UMC company stores and UMC dealer stores, an individual should hold a passport, whereas a business representative is required to bring a passport, a letter authorizing agreements and the stamp.
- To order and get gifts from “Travel” or Leisure Time” offers by partners of the UMC BONUS, and when subscribing magazines at the UMC Call Center: an individual is required to inform verbally a representative of the UMC Call Center on passport details and contact address with a postal index for voucher or magazine deliveries; a legal entity is required to provide an application letter at fax 8 050 4622400 using corporate form of a business enterprise affixed by the director and the stamp (the letter should obligatory contain the following details: contact person, contact phone and address with the postal index for voucher/magazine deliveries).

Terms of the UMC BONUS
- 1. Bonuses earned under UMC BONUS can be exchanged for goods/services under special conditions and/or at special rates only with JV “UMC” or partners of JV “UMC” under UMC BONUS program. The list of partners participating in the program, the amount of and the selection of goods/services, as well as award terms are set and can be changed without agreement with subscribers.
- 2. Bonuses remained unused within three years since their calculation should be invalidated.
- 3. Бонусы, которые тратятся на получение товаров/услуг по специальным условиям и/или по специальным ценам, должны использоваться исключительно по целевому назначению, то есть на получение товаров/услуг, перечень которых отмечен на официальном сайте UMC в разделе "UMC БОНУС". Денежные эквиваленты товаров/услуг не выдаются; товары/услуги обмену и возврату не подлежат.
- 4. The voucher can be used within two months since its issuance. Vouchers remained unexchanged within the indicated period become invalid and cannot be used any longer. The bonuses transformed into a voucher format may not be revalidated.
- 5. Additional discounts on mobile phones can be issued only under condition that Additional Agreement is signed for a term of 12, 18 or 24 months. Having one contract registered at an individual account a subscriber may opt to receive additional minutes of only one type or acquire only one phone at a special price. If the contract is supplemented by the Additional Agreement, a subscriber may be eligible for bonus minutes or phones at discount rates only after the additional agreement expires or only if the current Additional Agreement expires within the next 60 calendar days. If some contract has active additional minutes for mobile communications services, received in UMC Bonus program without Additional agreement signing (except SMS, MMS, GPRS, WAP and additional minutes in UMC network), subscriber can get special conditions to buy a mobile phone only when the time of operation of these additional minutes will end.
- 6. JV “UMC” is not liable for the quality of services/goods rendered by partners of JV UMC under UMC BONUS program.
- 7. A special price is set based on a regular price for the goods/services established by JV “UMC” or a partner on the day of submission of vouchers for all consumers who acquire commodities/services on general terms.
- 8. If the cost of the goods/services actually received by a subscriber at a special price, exceeds the cost of a special offer, it is entitled to, and a subscriber pays the indicated cost individually. The cost of a special offer includes VAT.
