• Іntegrated Network is designed to group office and mobile phones of your Company into a single Corporate Network through the connection of your automated exchange to the UMC network. Such connection substantially improves the quality of communication and optimizes mobile communication costs.
  
  
• The Integrated Network is a unique service as it offers to use the functionality of the Corporate Network for the united corporate network of a business that incorporates mobile and office phones.
  
  
• Integrated Network - Benefits of Use:
• Opportunity to arrange calls between your office and mobile phones of UMC subscribers within the UMC network, with no need of switching to fixed lines.
• Special rates for calls made between your office phones and mobile phones of the UMC network, corresponding to the rates of the UMC-Corporate Network.
• Single plan of shortened phone numbers for office and mobile phones of your company.*

• How to Set Up Integrated Network?

• To set up an Іntegrated Network you are required to:
• Install a direct cable line between your automatic exchange and UMC switchboard.
• Assign a group of UMC phone numbers to your automatic exchange.
• Activate the UMC Corporate Network or make sure it was activated before.

• Integrated Network - Terms of Use  

• Integrated Network service may be provided only to legal entities that are key Corporate subscribers of UMC!
• Integrated Network is applicable only to calls made between office phones and mobile phones of the UMC network. The service does not refer to calls between office phones and subscribers of the city fixed lines or networks of other mobile operators.
• For calls between fixed and mobile phones, only phone numbers of UMC may be dialed, including those assigned to your automated exchange: usual phone number of UMC at the national or international format, using the code 050, or shortened phone number for calls inside the UMC Corporate Network.
• Special rates of the Integrated Service are not applicable to phone calls made to direct city phone numbers. Іntegrated Network service is inaccessible to roaming users and subscribers of foreign mobile operators in Ukraine.
  
  

• Service Rates

• Service rates 2005;
• Lump sum payment for the activation of the Integrated Network – UAH 2 000.00.
• Outgoing calls of UMC subscribers to office phones of your Company are charged at the rates of outgoing calls to UMC network, in line with the service plans of the relevant mobile phone numbers.
• Monthly service charge is UAH 60.00 for each UMC phone number assigned to the automated exchange.
• All incoming calls inside UMC network are free-of-charge.
• Per-second call fee, starting from the first second.
• Calls to office phone numbers are incorporated to the Service Package of subscribers of UMC Corporate Network.

• All prices are set in Hryvnias incl. VAT, as of Feb. 1, 2004.
  

• How to Find Call Register of the Integrated Network Service?

• A relevant account is set for each phone number of an automated exchange.
• Outgoing calls of the Integrated Network service are reflected in your account in the section  "Supplementary Services, of which", paragraphs:
• "Outgoing calls within UMC Corporate Network".
• "Outgoing calls from UMC Corporate Network to UMC network".
• "Outgoing calls to Partner Network of UMC Business".
